1. Services

Modern Icon provides advanced cloud-based (SaaS) software solutions for accounting and real estate management. The customer is committed to using the services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Services are provided through periodic subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify packages and pricing with sufficient prior notice to customers. The customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their login data, and we are not responsible for any breach resulting from the customer's negligence.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, software, and trademarks of "Modern Icon" remain its exclusive property. The customer acquires no rights other than the agreed-upon right of use during the subscription period.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We guarantee that Modern Icon services will be available 99.9% of the time, measured monthly.

Service Level Agreement Exceptions

This SLA does not apply to performance issues caused by:

• Factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Customer equipment, software, or network connection issues.
• Scheduled maintenance performed with proper notice.
• Customer's failure to follow recommended practices.
• Service suspension due to billing issues.
• Experimental features or services explicitly identified as "preview".

5. Liability

Modern Icon bears no responsibility for any indirect losses or data loss resulting from errors beyond its control or misuse by the customer.

6. Amendments

Modern Icon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or through a notice in the dashboard.
